Carpentry-led room renovations, including cabinetry, trim, doors, drywall, flooring, painting and the finishing details.
Home Renovations in Midway, where the homes are newer
A Midway renovation is usually about bringing a sound, newer home up to what you want from it, rather than repairing a tired one. The home is young and the walls are close to straight, so the money goes into the changes you actually want, the cabinetry, the trim, the doors and the finishes, rather than into undoing what age has done.
Midway sits on Interstate 10 in Gadsden County, between the Little River and the Ochlockonee, about fifteen minutes from Tallahassee.
Lumber Lunatics takes on renovation projects across Tallahassee and the surrounding Big Bend, from a single room to improvements throughout the home.

Home Renovations in Midway Questions
What does a renovation with Lumber Lunatics cover?
The carpentry side of it, inside the home and out. Inside, that is cabinetry, trim, doors, built-ins, sheetrock and finish work. Outside, it is decks, fences and gates, pergolas, Hardie siding, exterior doors, railings and steps. Kevin does the woodwork himself. Plumbing and electrical go to a licensed plumber or electrician, and he tells you which parts those are before you plan around us.
Do you take on a whole room at once?
Yes, the carpentry and finish of it. Kevin prices it after he has seen the space, works with you on what it should become, and is the one on site doing the work rather than handing it to a rotating crew.
Our home is newer. Is there anything worth doing?
Usually quite a lot. Newer homes often come with builder-grade trim, very little built-in storage, and plain walls with room for wainscoting or an accent wall. Those upgrades are some of the quickest ways to make a newer home feel finished and more like yours, and Kevin builds each of them to suit the home.
How quickly can you get to Midway?
Quickly. It is a straight run down Interstate 10 and one of the shorter drives we make, so getting to you is rarely the constraint. Amanda will confirm the timing when you get in touch.
How fast can you get to Midway for home renovations?
Most home renovations jobs in Midway start the same way. Amanda comes back to you within 24 hours and books a time that suits you, and the detailed estimate follows once Kevin has seen it.
