Home Renovations in Crawfordville, FL
Carpentry-led room renovations, including cabinetry, trim, doors, drywall, flooring, painting and the finishing details.
Home Renovations in a Crawfordville home, in town or further out
Crawfordville has a lot of newer homes, so a renovation here is often about making a sound home your own, with cabinetry, trim, doors and finishes you chose rather than the ones it came with. Kevin points out anything he expects to find when he looks at the job, and if something new shows up once the work is underway, we talk it through with you before anything extra goes ahead.
Crawfordville is the seat of Wakulla County, and the homes here run from older wood framed ones in town to newer ones out toward Wakulla Springs.
Lumber Lunatics takes on renovation projects across Tallahassee and the surrounding Big Bend, from a single room to improvements throughout the home.

Home Renovations in Crawfordville Questions
What does a renovation with Lumber Lunatics cover?
The carpentry side of it, inside the home and out. Inside, that is cabinetry, trim, doors, built-ins, sheetrock and finish work. Outside, it is decks, fences and gates, pergolas, Hardie siding, exterior doors, railings and steps. Kevin does the woodwork himself. Plumbing and electrical go to a licensed plumber or electrician, and he tells you which parts those are before you plan around us.
Do you take on a whole room at once?
Yes, the carpentry and finish of it. Kevin prices it after he has seen the space, works with you on what it should become, and is the one on site doing the work rather than handing it to a rotating crew.
Do you work on newer homes around Crawfordville as well as older ones?
Yes, both. In an older home that can mean working with the details that are already there, and in a newer one it is often about upgrading builder-grade finishes to something you chose. Kevin fits the approach to the home.
Do you get out to Crawfordville, or is it too far?
Not too far at all. Crawfordville is a regular trip for us and well within the area we cover south of Tallahassee, so getting out to you is rarely a question.
How fast can you get to Crawfordville for home renovations?
Most home renovations jobs in Crawfordville start the same way. Amanda comes back to you within 24 hours and books a time that suits you, and the detailed estimate follows once Kevin has seen it.
