Change orders happen in construction, and the possibility is disclosed on the estimate you sign before we start. What we promise is the order of events. The work stops, Kevin talks it through with you, you approve it, then it goes ahead.
Amanda answers, not a phone tree
She picks up every inquiry herself, books the estimate and tells you the start date, so you are never chasing anybody for an answer.
We stand behind the work
If something we built comes apart because of how we built it, we come back and put it right. No second charge.
What the day looks like
Two people turn up, and they are the same two people for the whole job. Kevin and his son do the work themselves. Your project does not get handed to a crew you have never met, and there is nobody to chase for an answer, because the person doing the work is the person who priced it.
If something turns up once the old work comes off, the job stops there. Kevin shows you what he found and talks through what it means, and nothing goes ahead until you have approved the change order. That is the whole of our no surprises promise: not that the number never moves, but that it never moves without you.
When Kevin thinks it is done, you walk it together before anyone says so. That is the moment to point at the thing that is bothering you, and it is a lot easier to sort then than a month later. Payment is by cash, check, zelle or credit card, whichever suits you.
