We Stand Behind Our Work

How we back every job, and where you will find the specific terms.

The Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Workmanship warranties are provided based on the type and scope of each project, with the specific warranty terms clearly outlined in your proposal before the work begins.

What that covers

It covers our workmanship: the joinery, the fastening, the fit and the finish. If a joint opens up, a rail works loose, a door stops closing true or trim separates because of how it was installed, that is ours to fix and there is no second charge for it.

The last step of every job is walking it together before we call it done. If something is not right, say so then and we deal with it on the spot. If you spot it a week later, call Amanda and we come back.

Why We Offer It

Our name is on every job.

Kevin has been in the trade over 30 years and the business carries his name. There is no branch office to pass you to and no crew you have never met doing the work. Kevin and his son build it themselves, which is exactly why putting something right is not a negotiation.

5.0 stars across 30+ Google reviews, and not one of them below five, and you can read them for yourself.

The specifics

Spelled out in your proposal

Because every job is different, the exact warranty, how long it runs and what it covers, is written into your proposal before any work starts. You have it in writing up front, with no fine print to go hunting for later.

As a rule it stands behind our workmanship, the joinery, the fit and the finish, rather than the materials themselves, which carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Kevin walks you through exactly what your project's warranty covers when he prices it.

If you need it

How to use it

You call the same number you called the first time. There is no claim form, no portal and no reference number to dig out, because there are two of us and we remember your job.

Amanda picks up, and if she does not she comes back to you within 24 hours. Tell her what you are looking at, and send a photo if it is easier than describing it. Kevin comes back out and looks at it himself. If it is our workmanship, we put it right and there is no second charge.

Ask us anything about it

A warranty only means something if the work was right the first time, which is the actual goal. The estimate is free and Kevin will tell you straight what a job needs.
