Service area

We provide carpentry services in Tallahassee, FL, and surrounding areas within our service radius. Pricing, availability, and response times may vary by location.

Estimates and quotes

We provide a written estimate after Kevin looks at the job in person. We do not quote prices through this site or over the phone. The final scope and price may be revised based on what we find on site, and we will always tell you the revised number before we proceed.

Scheduling and cancellation

Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. We do not charge cancellation fees for ordinary rescheduling.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on our pricing page.

Warranty and guarantee

We provide a workmanship warranty on every project. The specific terms, including how long it runs and what is and is not covered, are based on the type and scope of the job and written into your proposal before work begins. As a rule it covers our workmanship on the job we performed, not the materials, which carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Our guarantee page explains how it works.

The content on this site, including photos, copy, logos, and design, is the property of Lumber Lunatics or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content from this site without our written consent.
