Older homes turn up the most, but even a newer one can hide something nobody could see at the estimate. That possibility is written into our estimates and proposals, and you sign it before anything starts. So when something does come up, the work stops, Kevin walks you through it, and it becomes a change order you approve, rather than something you find out about afterwards.

Questions we get asked
General
Does the owner actually do the work?
Yes. Kevin is on every job. His son Lil Kevin works alongside him, and the person who prices your project is the person who builds it. There is no sales rep handing your job to a crew you have never met.
How big is your crew?
Three of us, and that is the whole company. Kevin and his son Lil Kevin are the two on site, and Amanda handles every call and inquiry. The two of them get through what a crew of four would.
Can you install cabinets I already bought myself?
Yes, and that is a lot of what Kevin does. If you have picked cabinets out at a store and just need them fitted, he installs them. If they arrived flat pack and still need assembling, he does that too. And if nothing off a shelf fits the space, he builds them from scratch. Three different jobs, three different prices, so tell us which one you are asking about when you call.
Trust
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. We provide a workmanship warranty on every project, with the specific terms spelled out in your written proposal before the work begins.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?
If your project needs major plumbing or electrical work, Kevin will tell you so and recommend you bring in a licensed plumber or electrician. He is not licensed for that work and he is not going to pretend otherwise. You will hear that at the estimate, not halfway through the job.
Are you insured?
Yes, Lumber Lunatics is insured on every project.
