Home Renovations for a Sneads home at the edge of our area
A renovation in Sneads might be a single room brought up to date or several rooms at once, and either way you will know who is working in your home and who is responsible for the finished work. Kevin looks at the whole job before he prices it and stays hands-on throughout, with Lil Kevin alongside him. If the work turns up something nobody could see at the estimate, we stop, show you what we found and get your approval before going further.

Home Renovations in Sneads Questions
What does a renovation with Lumber Lunatics cover?
The carpentry side of it, inside the home and out. Inside, that is cabinetry, trim, doors, built-ins, sheetrock and finish work. Outside, it is decks, fences and gates, pergolas, Hardie siding, exterior doors, railings and steps. Kevin does the woodwork himself. Plumbing and electrical go to a licensed plumber or electrician, and he tells you which parts those are before you plan around us.
Do you take on a whole room at once?
Yes, the carpentry and finish of it. Kevin prices it after he has seen the space, works with you on what it should become, and is the one on site doing the work rather than handing it to a rotating crew.
Do you do indoor work in Sneads too?
Yes. Kevin does the same indoor work in Sneads that he does closer to Tallahassee, from kitchens and bathrooms to trim, doors and built-in storage. Put your town in the message and Amanda will confirm the timing.
Do you get out to Sneads and the Lake Seminole area?
Yes, though Sneads is near the far edge of our range, at the Jackson County end of the Big Bend. Put your town in the message and Amanda will confirm before anything is scheduled.
How fast can you get to Sneads for home renovations?
Most home renovations jobs in Sneads start the same way. Amanda comes back to you within 24 hours and books a time that suits you, and the detailed estimate follows once Kevin has seen it.
