That part is not ours. Kevin does the cabinetry, trim, tile and finish work, which is most of a kitchen. If the layout needs the sink or a circuit moved, he tells you up front and points you to a licensed plumber or electrician for that piece.
Can you install cabinets I already bought for the kitchen?
Yes. If you have picked cabinets out and they came assembled, Kevin installs them. If they arrived flat pack, he assembles them too. If the room calls for something built to its real size, he builds that instead. Tell Amanda which you are after when you call.
Can this be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes, and we will tell you when it is the better choice. Repairing sound wood is usually less expensive than replacing it, so where a repair will do the job we say so, and where you would rather update it we do that instead. It comes down to what you want for the room and what is genuinely sound underneath.

Yes. When working on an older home, we take the existing style, trim, dimensions, and details into consideration. When possible, we match or recreate those features so the new work blends naturally with the character of the home.
